Color Control
Program
NL ComJ
Color Control Program is capable
of
accurately analyzing data.
|
| |
|
FEATURES
|
- Though not displayed on the color meter itself, the main wavelength
lambda d of the spectral light and the purity of excitation Pe
are displayed to provide an ideal means for LED evaluation and
inspection.
- The chromaticity, deviation, trend and surface distribution
charts are displayed in real-time. The charts that are displayed
can be pasted into a Windows software using the Clipboard function.
It is also possible to paste tabular data within any range into
the Table Calculation software suing the Clipboard function. This
gives the user a powerful tool for his own data analysis.
- When the MONITOR mode is used, it is possible visually to adjust
the luminance. chromaticity, and color temperature while viewing
the measurement points on the graph. This features is therefore
extremely useful for quality control on production lines.
- The RS-232C Variation Unit is capable of controlling up to
15 color meters. With its use, it is therefore possible to measure
up to 15 surface distribution data collectively so that the inspection
time can be substantially reduced.
- When the customer has a standard light source, it is possible
to manage the measurement data in accordance with the customer's
standard light source. (User calibration coefficient). With the
use's calibration coefficient, up to 100 data items can be managed
in a file according to each serial color meter number. It is therefore
possible to achieve compatibility of the data with the measuring
unit previously used by the customer.

| FUNCTION
|
| Display |
| Chromaticity Chart |
In the xyL,u'v'L display system, luminance or
reflectivity are displayed in bar graph form. |
| Table |
Measurement time,XYZ,xyL, Tc duv,
lambda d, Pe, deviation and assessment are displayed in numerical
form. |
| Deviation chart |
This displays the deviation from the pre-set standard
color. |
| Surface distribution |
Deviation in luminance and chromaticity according
to position are displayed in the surface distribution chart.
|
| Trend chart |
This displays the general pattern of variation
in chromaticity and luminance levels in the form of a graph
in which the measurement frequency is plotted on the x-axis.
|
| Plotting mode |
(This sets the graph plotting method) |
| Refresh |
This plots only the most recent measurement values.
|
| Tracking |
This connects successively the previous and the
present measurement values so that the variation pattern can
be checked at a glance. |
| Scatter |
Plotting is continued by leaving the previous
plot intact so that the scatter become obvious. |
| Template |
This saves the measurement conditions that are
used very often. |
| Data such as chromaticity, standard color, calibration
standard value memory, number of measurement points per screen
(for surface distribution measurement), assessment values, and
person preparing the data document are registered. |
|
| OPERATING ENVIRONMENT |
| Software |
Windows 3.1 or Windows 95(Japanese version) are
run. |
| Hardware |
DOS/V or PC-9801 Series Personal Computer with
a built- in i486DX CPU or upward and a memory of 8 Mbyte or
larger capacity. Display capability: 640 * 480 dots minimum
and 256 color minimum. Hard disk has a vacant memory capacity
of 5 Mbyte minimum. Series ports based on RS-232C can be used.
|
| Supplied Disks |
