Sytem
Flow:
1) Entroducing
hopper: Supply gathered seabed sand into washing line.
2) Belt
conveyor: transfering sand with keeping 20 degree to trammel.
3) Trommel:
filtering quality sand or removing foreign Keeping sand Removing
impurities.
4) Horizontal
Conveyor: Dropping sand carried by conveyor into the concrete tank
through tripper.
5) Concrete
Tank: Keeping the sand that can be washed by the ejected water supplied
by pipe line.
6) Water
Pipe-line: Washing wiht water pump and spray nozzle and the pipe
line lift up and down by hoist.
7) Concrete
Pipe Line: impurities are to be cleaned by compressor.
8) Completion
of Process: Through the above process and operation, saebed sand
can be cleaned.
